Permabond C2010
Instant Adhesive - Non-drip
|
| Permabond C2010 is unique
because its non-drip characteristics make it ideal for bonding many porous
materials and can be used on vertical or inverted surfaces. Its rapid cure
and gap fill capability extend the use of 'superglues' into previously
unsuitable applications. |

Directions for use:
The surfaces to be bonded should be dry, clean and free from oil
grease. The use of Permabond Cleaner A or other organic solvents
such as acetone or Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) is recommended.
Persistent contamination should be removed by abrasion prior to
degreasing.
Apply the adhesive sparingly to one surface and bring the components
together quickly and in correct alignment. Squeeze the parts
together with sufficient pressure to ensure the adhesive spreads to cover
the surfaces. Do not disturb the joint until handling strength is
reached.
Product should be stored in a 'fridge but should be allowed to reach room
temperature before opening to prevent condensation causing premature
hardening.
Because C2010 is non-drip it may look solid in the bottle - this
is normal. Always shake the bottle immediately prior to use
for ease of dispensing.
Cure speed can be adjusted by the use of Permabond C Surface
Conditioner (CSA).
